:welcome: madcow.. your not far from me... i is on the north east coast anorl... near saltburn. :D

Hi Minty,
Don't suppose you're familiar with Dalby forest then? Only I've promised my vicar I'll let him have a go in the Mad Cow - could do with a video camera for this one. He'll be up to his dog collar in mud, head first, with a million hits on YouTube! And I should be taking delivery of my new beast in about 12 hours or so...! S'exciting innit?

Now now Mad Git - some of our female members might say that last comment is a wee bit sexist. Personally I'd agree. Women drivers are sometimes so vague you need a crystal ball to figure out what the hell they're gonna do! Give me a purposeful bloke any day - might not agree with his purpose, but heh, some of 'em still give way to us of the fairer sex.
Just to update y'all - as of yesterday I'm now the proud owner of me wee beastie! The Mad Cow has landed, and so far I've only skinned one knuckle. Not bad for 24 hrs ownership!

Welcome......

Are you not knee deep in snow yet? Aunt lives near paitley bridge up on the moors (can't persuade her to get a landy grr)

Greetings my fellow loons!
Well I finally got to take the Mad Cow out for a spin and she ended up doing the local racetrack (that's Oliver's Mount in these 'ere parts!) - on ice! Not bad for a 27-yr old, still up for it!
so far so good - she's behaved herself. Just need to sort out my ciggie lighter socket & a SatNav (accurate speedo?), a few annoying rattles, various extra 'vents'!, and one more locking wheel nut - for the beneift of my insurance company, one wheel seems to have 5 nuts 'welded' on!!! (Need a bigger hammer) :5bsmash:
Er, Storm & Blue Beasty, what can I say? sound very intimate between you 2! Personally I wish my rear was as well padded as my front. Having a fat ass is a definite advantage in a S3... still, it's Christmas so I can work on that extra padding now! :mooning:

It has been said the vibrations are good for thighs n bums. Hehe

You should talk to the other girls, think you'll fit right in

Hi Chunky Munky,
Used to visit Pateley Bridge almost every week back in 2002-05. That main street would have been fun in the snow! I agree, your Aunt would be well advised to get a Landy.
BTW - I note you've got a 1984 Defender? Is it the 2.5 petrol? Looks like my S3 might have had an engine change in the past - still need to verify this. But any advice as to good & bad points would be appreciated.
Hope you enjoy the holidays... I'm busy working on that extra padding! (Yum, yum!)
The (very) Mad Cow xxx!
