Well its 2am and the boys in blue have just left my house!

I caught 2 young lads trying to steal the Discovery, Now being out numbered i didnt shout out or run at them, I decided that what they needed was cooling down a bit, so on came the hose pipe, and in the mass state of shear panic that overwhelmed the wouldbe joy riders one of them managed to run into a 6ft high brickwall, and the other onto my garage door!!!!!!! Now how did that happen ???? Erm, Well officer!!!!!!!!

Now being a lawyer by trade does have certain advantages, one of which is knowing most of the coppers in Derbyshire, So when the police turned up and found 2 wet and slightly dazed car thieves, they knew not to even think about charging me with ABH !!!!!!

Also if the 2 lads do decide to take out a private prosecution against me, they should really ask themselves the question, WHERE THE HELL THERE GONNA FIND A LAWYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bet they both come from broken homes, On drugs, and were never shown any love in there poor little lives!!! HANG ON A MINUTE, SORRY WENT INTO DEFENCE MODE THEN !!!!!!!

Just spoken to the duty solicitor at Chesterfield nick, Turns out they both have very good homes, and that there parents are more than willing to pay for any damage done !!!!!

It just goes to show that even posh kids are little lawless B***ARDS ASWELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did'nt notice at the time but another of there friends was spotted by my neighbour doing a runner!!! Now unluckily for him he only lives next door but two to my house!!!!

GUESS WHO'S GETTING A VISIT FROM ME LATER ??????????????????????

Well 3 days after the little tikes tried to nick her, Daisy (my disco) is now the picture of good health again!!!!

They had tried and failed to burst the drivers doorlock, but the old girl was having none of it, Now with a new lockset and good wash, she is once again ready to scare the life out of boy racers at traffic lights !!!!!!!

My company car is a saab 9-5 vingen turbo, but you cant beat the look on a spotty little 18 year olds face, when a 14 year old car roars past them!!!!!!!

God ive missed her!!!!!

My disco is so old (and it's parked next to my highly alarmed , immobilised, trackered,sports car) that only a no-joy rider would steal it - and by the time it's down the end of the road it would have broken down - That's why I love her...

I can only echo everyone else's sentiments - good job. I reckon we all need to take a leaf out of your book.
Two similar little buggers (17, I think) mugged 2 female friends of mine at 1am a while back. They were caught (15 mins later, waiting at the bus stop about 200 yards from where it happened...lol) and arrested. The cops were good and quite quick. In the end I was dragged to court as a witness (even though I never saw anything) and at the last minute they decided to plead guilty and the case never happened (wasted a day). They were then swiftly released with a 'warning'. And that's it. Not even a slap on the wrist.
All they have to do is say that their mother is a one legged lesbi*n, they don't get enough pocket money and they're bored...and Bob's your aunty - they're off. So....next time I recommend the accidental stair incident, the co-incidental low door frame and the unbelievably silly trip straight into the large bull bar on the landy.

I know where your coming from!!!!!!

The general public have got it in for me and other solicitors, The simple fact is that we cant pick and choose who we want to defend!!!!

At times my job can be just as frustrating, I get both ends of the spectrum, from the 17 year old drug addict, who mugged an 84 year old frail lady, for £2.58,,,,, To the local vicar, who slapped a lad that was breaking grave stones!!!!!!

Guess which one got a £300 fine and a criminal record ?????? YES THE VICAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All i do is ride the punches and if i do get a complete waste of space, I try and make them say the wrong things and wind the bench up!!!!!!!
