Good day to you all.

I was looking through the off road section of this fine forum when I came accross the dirty s*l*a*p*p*e*r*s day out thread. very nice pics indeed and it looked to be a great day out.

On closer inspection I saw, what appears to be, a rather ingenius peice of innovative thinking from one of the defender drivers (naturally).

on page 3, on the 9th post (by captainchaos) there is a spanky blue defender with what appears to be a video camera attatched to the dash.

WHO IS THIS MASTERMIND AND HOW WAS IT ACHEIVED?

I thank you for any information that leads to the source of this device.

Mates got one it screws to the dash and has a ball mount at the base and it's he's taken some great vids and pictures with it.

Thass trewy tha is, i remember when he got the mount coz he done some trial shot videeeo round his pad
 
Sir. you are obviously an inovator; one of those "tomorrows world" kind of chaps. so where did you get it?
 
ok no need to answer that, i just saw the links you left there! bloody superb that is but I spose you made it ye self?
 
ANy how if yerv only got a small camra wot teks vids yer can drill an ole in yer fag tray lid an shove a 1/4" UNF bolt through the ole nip it up with a nut an screw yer camrer to that an it werks just as good, wunt fancy it with a biigger camerer though.
 
Think it's UNF any how can't remember now, any how the nice mans come to play bingo so it dunt matter.
