After a 600 mile trip around the uk without a glitch, today I start the okd girl up and the following happens. Suspension rises immediately to normal height but also glowing very, very dim is the high ride height lamp, when I push the brake pedal the offending very dim high ride light goes out, as soon as foot comes off brake it comes on very, very dim with normal ride height illuminated. No warning alarms or messages as of yet, eas appears to be working normal, select access mode and she drops, select max height and she rises, light is also lit very dim when in access mode and same symptom, foot on brake and it goes out. Hmmm any ideas before I get the dreaded beep 35mph. Rangie is a 1998,2.5 DSE.

Maybe low battery volts, weak alternator output or a short somewhere when you press the brake pedal!

Check white connector behind passenger left hand side footwell post A for damp and corrosion.

Thank you guys, it has only started since a 600 mile journey from the south east across to north wales and back to south Wales, the weather was servere heavy rain so maybe possible water ingress. When I left work this morning all seemed ok so will check the white connector as stated by Tony.
