My mates diff on 90 went pop yesterday when off roading. He is replacing it today and wonders if 10 or 24 tooth spline is best diff to replace his current 10 spline. No experience here myself so hope this makes sense and appreciate any views..ta

24 spline are sposed to be stronger, but I've never broke a 10 spline in 40 years of landroverin.
