serves him right shouldn't have bald tyres hope they throw the book at him, funny how events unfold just imagine 200yds ahead if he hadn't of been pulled over by boys in blue a child/person could have stepped in road & been injured or even killed through his ignorance of safety& the law

You only have to look at the lies flying over the Tory chief whip, true he may be an obnoxious character prone to swearing, but the way the police have tried to stitch him up defies belief, then the Chief constables alter the report and decide no disciplinary action needed.
I would add that as England is a small country, there is no need for 43 Chief Constables, one would do with subs in major cities.
