Hi guys have decided to put the rangie on flea bay,mrs moaning she wants an x5 or a newer range but budget sadly wont go to a newer range.
Please have a look and tell me if you think she looks ok and what i should expect to get for it.
Ebay item number. 180742927873

thanks a sad rangie owner.

Read your ad, too much waffle about the bling and too little about what you've had to do to it mechanically - it's fifteen years old and covered 175000 miles after all.
Reassure prospective buyers about the V8 engine especially if its original, the things to look out for on a P38 are well documented and people are much more savvy to this than before.
Make more of an issue with the MOT, its almost a years ticket on it, was there any advisories etc etc..

At 175k on a 97 in average condition without LPG between £1000-£2000. If you are thinking more you can hope that a mug comes along at the right time. Sorry to be blunt but you did ask for the value.

i was thinking about £800 to £1200 tops, high milage no lpg kit, nothing to shout about really.

Strange how a new bidder with 0 feedback has suddenly made the price jump from £56 to £850 in less than 4 hours with 9 days left on the auction. :clap2:

Would the old phrase; "you can polish a turd but it's still a turd" be appropriate here ?

Also I think the transition to BMW X5 from RR will suit him just fine given the first response

:5blurk5:

How many people have actually been arsed enough to copy that number into ebay ?

I for one havent so it's not helped his advertising and I bet many others wont have been arsed enough to either
