Just like to give a big thanks to everyone at Peterborough for making it a great show, from the pleasantness of the campers and show goers to the helpfulness of the guys selling stuff
Cheers :D

I wanted to go to this but I'd spent the week in Snowdonia and the trek from there to Peterborough, then back to Stoke on Trent would have cost a shedload in Diesel so decided against it.

Is that the final Land Rover show of the year now?

Well i for one, spent a fecking fortune and my arms are at least 2inches longer from carrying heavy lumps of metal back to the car park a couple of times.

I was only there for the afternoon today, but was really impressed with the amount of swap meet stuff and trader stands. Wish I'd gotten longer really, as i didn't really get to see any show arena stuff or much of the millions of landys and cool toys people have on them.

liked the layout of the auto jumble, got quite a few bargains and possibly came back with more in the van than we took. As usual food and drink was overpriced other than the main bar but a trip to the local boozer sorted that :D .

Today has been a bit of a blur after the copius amounts of alcohol last night but met some nice folk, saw some familiar faces and possibly upset a few others but all in all not a bad weekend ;)

Last of the big ones. Abingdon 4x4 show is on the last weekend in September. First year on a new site, so not sure what to expect, but worth a visit if your anywhere near.

We spent far too much too, i now have an awful lot of bits to put onto my disco. We were there for the whole wkend on one of the club stands, and apart from the bf moaning about having to sleep in a tent, it was a really good wkend
