Well after two new heads I eventually cured the overheating on my 1995 P38 diesel seems that the first replacement bought from Bawtrey Motor Spares that came with three month guarantee and had been pressure tested had seriously warped somewhere picking it up and taking it to the garage where it was fitted three weeks later! Obviousley the request for a refund resulted in abuse and it being pointed out that 'it could have been send to timbucktu and back'

Anyway as an update my beloved p38 dropped oil a week ago had to be recovered and now runs rough, it blew the breather pipe when it now pumps out what looks like exhaust gasses- I have no idea what it is so have decided to sell
