nah kipper, my old girl starts without preheat if I forget, just keep the mix about 50% when its really cold.
as it happens I topped up with 10 litres in tescos car park about an hour ago, then drove to the fuel station to top up with £10`s worth of derv...
that`ll do it fer me.... :beer2:
I dont normally drive that far now so its the way I do it.
no point in hauling a tankfull of mix about if its not needed is it.

The P38 has an electronically controlled mechanical FIP, some claim to have been running veg oil mixtures with no problem.
Do not try it on any engine with common rail injection.
