Hi I've got a disco 2 99 es auto everything works fine on the dash apart from the temp guage, I bought second hand clocks plugged in and temp read fine but lots of warning lights on and wrong mileage so any ideas anyone please?

if you replace clocks the bcu will set the higher mileage. the mileage will also flash until its synced with bcu.you will need to read with nanocom or hawkeye to stop warning lights.the warning lights may have been on with your original speedo but taped out or bulbs removed.put your location may be someone nearby with nanocom or hawkeye.

The mileage never flashed when I connected it all up and due to all yhe lights being on I've put back old speedo but have no temp guage now.
I live by frankley services if anyone nearby with nonocom or hawkeye

but do all the warnings light up on ignition(self test) in your old instrument pack? ... cos as said before, it could be so fubar'd that they dont and the replacement one is just showing you all the existing faults... and as you've already connected a higher mileage instrument pack to the system the BCU stored it and that's the mileage you'll get from now on no matter if other instrument pack has lower mileage in it... the odometer can flash or not according to the settings.
