I know there were changes with the front bulkhead, so just checking they didn't modify the rear tub too. I know the td5 rear x member is different, so again, not sure if that affected the tub.

AFAIK the body structure is the same. It's why there's still the blanked-off spaces for the vent flaps as the bulkhead tooling wasn't changed.

Coming in a little late on this thread...I joined 'in' yesterday...did you find out if the tdci tub mounted okay on the 300 chassis? I'm considering replacing the tub on my 200tdi 110 with a puma tub...

Isn’t the fuel filler behind the driver’s door on the 200 and at the rear on the Tdci one taking into account fuel tanks fitted differently?

The TDCI tub mounts are slightly different to TDI, but you can cut the tabs off the rear crossmember and buy the TDCI mounts from YRM. It just needs booting into the chassis. I can’t remember if the steel tub reinforcers for the rear seats actually mount to the chassis, I think they do, but it might only be a case of drilling holes for bolts. It’s certainly not impossible to do, but not a 5 minute job.

Not on my 200Tdi 110. The 90 is just behind the drivers door, but my 110 had a rear mounted steel fuel tank, same filler location as the latest TDCI, but the TDCI has a plastic tank.
