I have just bought a 06 56 TD6,Test drive was fine however the vehicle needed new tyres so seller put set of nearly new on the car. Car was fine until got on the motorway ,as soon as it reached 65mph it started to judder it seemed to come from under the car rather than through the steering wheel. Took it to the local tyre place who checked the front wheels and found that they hadnt been balanced at all so they balanced the two on the front , i thought that should have fixed the problem, however on the way home on the motorway the judder was still there, could it be the back wheels need to be balanced as well or although not to mechanically minded could it be something to do with the propshaft. cars done 39000 miles and has 18" factory fit wheels.any help or advice would be much appreciated.
