my EU3 TD5 Disco won't start. Ran it out of fuel as the gauge does not read right. purged the fuel system as per workshop manual. Turns over but it won't start.

Pump is working, I can hear it. I loosened the fuel filter and it is pumping heaps of fuel.
If I have flooded it what can I do.

Any other suggestion as to what the problem may be?
