I got a brand new genuine Garret replacement from Island 4x4 for just under £400 about three years ago. They were by far the cheapest at the time. Its still running strong. No messing about with exchange units and deposits either.

No need to go LR as Island supply genuine Garret which is what LR OEM are. They just have a LR part number rather than a Garret one on the exact same turbo.
