All D2 had traction control, that was why they ditched CDL.

But then CDL came back cos its good!!

Incorrect I think.

The earliest ones had the gubbins, the latest ones had the lever, most didn't have any.

Also, anyone got a link to the car on trader?

Some more pics might make it obvious!

All d2 have CDL fitted , but early d2 didnt have the lever facelift i belive they all had it brought back, i would do linky but on phone :(

I were right then :p most have the stuff inside, think there's a few that don't from reading some retrofit posts but yeah :)

Yeah think the real early d2s like first year didnt , but definatly 2000 onwards, can get kits online so u have the lever

For the 2004MY the last of the D2s the ES Premium was the only model with CDL as standard, for all the others in the range it was an option. :)2
In my sales brochures for the previous years of the D2 CDL isn't mentioned.

Thanks for the advice.

I couldnt make my mind up if I wanted to proceed and then I had a text from the owner to say the V8 was sold!

So I didn't get a chance to ask why it never had the facelift on a '54 plate.

I'm not in no rush to find a V8, the hunt goes on:D
