2.IN TANK PUMP.

RIGHT,WHEN THE IGNITION IS ON YOU CAN HEAR FUEL UNDER THE BONNET GURGLING IN THE AREA OF INLET MANIFOLD.
WE HAVE BY-PASSED THE FUEL COOLER AND IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE.

I'M A LANY OWNER GET ME RUNNING AGAIN:mad:

Keep calm.
Do you know how to do the fuel-air purge process?

If you have been operating the starter with your foot on the throttle you may have flooded the cylinders with fuel. But let's assume you haven't.

Turn the IGN key OFF.

Now do the following EXACTLY like this. Do nothing else but this.

Keep the driver's door open so you can hear the fuel pump start and stop.

IGN KEY to ON (but NOT starter). Leave IGN ON all the time now.
listen to pump running. wait for pump to stop.

press throttle pedal to the floor, and let it right up, and repeat FIVE times till pump starts again. wait till pump stops.

Keep doing this until the sloshing noises reduce to sort of normal levels.

You may be there for half an hour .... be patient.

I have suffered this.

Read the owner's manual about injector priming too.

Let us know what happens.
