Has anyone fitted one of these to a Defender Td5? And if so,how easy/hard is it? Is there any thing in particular to bear in mind whilst fitting?

Very easy. That particular kit in the photo replaces the hardline from the master to the flexi hose, and the flexi hose. You will still have the small copper pipe. Pioneer 4x4 (where this kit comes from) also do a one-piece kit that goes from the master cylinder straight to the slave, which I think is a better option.

Only real things to bear in mind are where you run the pipework, where you attach it to the bulkhead and you will obviously have to bleed the clutch afterwards. Probably easiest if you remove the air filter box.
 
Thanks people,I have recently replaced the master slave and pedal spring but couldn't get the system to pressure up fully after bleeding.
Turns out it was weeping fluid from the original flexi hose itself.
When I received the kit it didn't contain any washers,but I notice the original flexi to hardline has two one of which is a star?
Do I require new ones for this setup? If so will new original Landy ones fit the new threads?

When I changed the the slave cylinder the pushrod came so far out of the bell housing but not fully out,so I just pushed it back in when I put the new slave in,I could feel the pushrod against the slave piston when I was mating the two faces???

And lastly,so in theory this new line is long enough to follow the same route of the original hardline?
I did think I would have to take the airbox out.

Hey Guys,thanks for all the information pictures and sound advice.I have just nipped out and plus gassed the 2 unions on the flexi so I will attempt to install at the weekend if the 🌧 and ❄️ cease long enough and I'll hopefully post a couple of pics as a reference for someone to compare my 2 piece pipe to Kisses fine work also.Although I can't imagine why anyone would pick the 2 piece over the one piece if they know it's an option beforehand 🤔

So until my next one step forward and two steps back.

I did the same, got the two piece kit and then realised there was a one piece option! Luckily I hadn’t fitted the two piece kit
