Is there an alternative to the Hylomar sealant? It is Hylomar 3400 Anaerobic sealant on the rave cd but im short of time and Turners are out of stock! Is there an alternative? loctite seem to do a range. Has anyone used anything else successfully

a good quality silicone ,with care taken not to apply too much works for me

Sounds good to me i'll go with that, its just some sites warn against silicone?

Yamabond or Hondabond.. from a bike shop. Loctite 574 is excellent, used to seal cam carriers on Porsche 911 heads. I am cautious of silicone in certain areas, any squeeze out will loosen and potentially cause some serious issues.
