could anyone please tell me why its not possible to fit the new style td5 headlamps to a 300tdi i do understand that the brackets might be different but i think a little imagination could sort that out

My bro inlaw has a tdi300 with td5 headlights on it...so it cant be that difficult...

you can get a kit from simmontes to make em fit

I thought they were the same apart from the black edging. We often fit them the other way around because the earlier headlamps are available and cheaper.

had a look at a disco 2 found out some reshaping above indicator is required as the top edge is sloped on a disco 1
