Read so many conflicting veiws on all the air filters out there. Narrowed it down to K&N Terrafirma Foam or am I best off sticking with a standard one?

V v8landyman Active Member May 1, 2013 #3 I use the Pipercross 3 layer foam one. No problems with oil contaminating the MAF sensor, I just had a look today and the filaments were absolutely spotless. It seems to give a bit extra power, but have not measured it.

T titaniumfinger Member May 7, 2013 #5 I have the K&N for 3 years now, 30 - 32 mpg and runs really nicely. My local garage cleans and re-oils every 12 months so has already paid for itself.
