Hi guys has anyone had any issues from coolant leaking from the overflow pipe on the expansion tank on the td5 I've had a fresh head on a while back that was tested and skimmed but it's loosing a, bit of coolant and I can see a small drip on the black overflow pipe are the caps known to fail

Caps fail over time, get a good replacement cap, cheap enough and then check it.

And in my experience, only genuine LR will do here

Also, make sure you tighten it well.
