Since i discovered an oil leak around the camshaft lid on my Td5 2004 Discovery 2 i was changing the camshaft lid gasket today. I discovered that the camshaft-rocker arms on first two cylinders show an unusual wear:

Any idea what shall i do with it? What else should i check for? Is this a known problem with td5 engines?
The engine is running smoothly without any problems. I bought the car about 4 weeks ago and changed all oils straightaway, have driven about 1500km since then. The oil change was done regularly after every 20.000km since new. The car has 119.000km on the clocks.
