Sorry Guys
I know this has probably been done to death but I'm a newby and can't quite fathom whats up.
Just bought a 2003 TD5, its pretty good, needs some TLC in areas but hey.
One of 2 pressing problems is the rear suspension. Height of NS rear wheel arch above hub centre is 485mm, OS is just 450mm
Height does not change when engines running and all doors shut.
Wondering if it could be ride height sensor arm, does that sound right? Can these get clogged / rusty so they don't work properly but can be cleaned up or do they just break? I can clean it up over Easter but I wont be able to get a new one / pair and get ride height calibration done before Easter.
Also on this, what the general thought on coil replacement? Its going to be used mainly as a road car for now (pleased dont have a go), possibly some towing but hopefully in future a bit of overlanding.
Thanks
