Can anyone give any advice please. My 52 plate Freelander TD4 starts fine when cold, but when its been out on a run and well warmed up it is a pig to start. It will turn over and over for a minute or so before firing up (if it fires at all). If I leave it for an hour or so it will start without a problem. Ive had it plugged in and everything shows ok, no fault codes, high and low fuel pressures ok etc. Ive been advised it may be the high pressure fuel sensor and/or its wiring, but suspect if this was the problem I'd see issues when driving too (I've had the plug off and its spotless). My inclination is that it could be the Cam position sensor (from other forum posts I've read). Any advice or experience of similar issues would be appreciated, also where in the engine bay is the cam sensor located and is it straight forward to change? Thanks.

There have been lots of threads recently with similar faults. High pressure fuel pump O ring seems to be a common issue.
Go to the Freelander section and search, you'll not have to look to far to find something.
