Can't comment on the fuel compensation as my Icarsoft doesn't have this facility, but I would have thought that all figures should be the same.
wrt the others, I have compared yours to a set of reference readings from my TD4 2002 when it was running well.
LP supply is low - mine was around 390.
Airflow, mine usually around 500.
HP mine is around 28500 kPa which is around 4,100 psi - so not sure why yours is so high.
Manifold pressure on mine is always 100 +

So your readings are very different, is the engine still running badly?
 
Hi, thanks for answering. Yes it was still running badly. Yesterday I took the fuel filter & LP pump out, just waiting for the new filter to arrive, probs be Monday that gets here. Then I gonna have to struggle underneath for oil change, while there I want to check the Turbo out hose for splits, vac pipes and turbo vanes/actuator. I think I can hear a hissing noise coming from down the belt end, could be turbo out hose. Just gonna check you figures against mine then see if I can find more info on the interweb
 
Just noticed that the smart scan readings I posted were at 1544 rpm not at tick-over will upload readings later from my laptop. Could leaking/split Turbo out to intercooler be causing the low manifold pressure? (Dumb Question). The manufacture date on the LP filter was 2013. I must admit I haven't changed it in the 4 years I've had it. But in my defence I can only say that I was practically a dead man and still find it hard to get to must done at once. Seeing me get underneath should be a good laugh. Might sell tickets for that! LOL
