replace the drive train and hey presto!

change the vcu for a 2/4wd switch, change the engine for a V8 with Tractor 'box (grunts got plenty of spare bits).
or ?????
 
be easier just to bung the hippo body on to a defender.. a couple of bungee straps and yer away.
 
mmm unbolts bits from a defender....glue hippo body on to defender chasssis or use bungee straps if yer not bothered about looks... right accy sticky this..

I can cope wi the 2wd (Its a Great works van) BUT ... Ive had a Land Rover fer the last 10 year, I know wot they can do, when i NEED them to,
carry shed loads o stuff, ANYWHERE, and be easy to fix if yer bust it,
BUT needing to have summat that start every time and gets me where i need to (Wherever whatever) nessessitates summat NEW,
Theres a shiney red metalic 110 crewcab with ragtop in the dealers for £20k..everything the hippo has, AC, leccy everything, LEATHER, ****in leather seat in a tractor!!!:eek: FFS!
but modern TD5 ??????? ERMmmm
