TD4 Fog/pod/driving/lights which ones?

Vehicle 2003 Es TD4 – pre facelift

I searched the forums for this one and am still confused – even LR dealer fitting conflicted what can be fitted.

Which ones of the above are ok/do fit to the freelander preface diesel – no additional cab heater fitted in bay - I can get my stealer to fit, part number/picture links would be great if known.

he pretty much has all those fitted at once. do youhave a A-frame or nudge bar?
the V6 pods can be done easilly at home, but the fit is slightly off, ie small daps as different bumpers on yours to a V6. but looking at steves about an hour with a rasp and they would fit very cushy.
