Is there a way of telling the condition the of the tensioner? Or is it just best to change it in any event once the miles get high?
I'm about to change the belts in mine, (just coming up to 100k). I've got the belts, but with one thing and another haven't had the time over the past few weeks to do. And didn't want to start doing them in a rush, in case I got into a pickle ahead of one of the longer journeys I've had to do recently.
But if a new tensioner at 100k is a good thing, I'll do this at the same time too.
