I have a little bit of experience with this. ABS is the fundamental system and failure with the ABS will automatically flag up failures with the Traction Control (TC) and also HDC. When you bumped the wheel you probably dislodged or moved the ABS sensor on that wheel.
There are 2 errors that will flag up, one of which can be intermittant that are seen by the ECM. They are:
1. Sensor Voltage out of Range. This is caused by a complete sensor failure. The sensor has either broken down or became open/short circuit. To test this you can disconnect the sensor from the underside of the car and perform a resistance check on the sensor. The average resistance for a working sensor is about 1.3KOhms - 1.5KOhms.
2. Distance from the wheel excessive. The ABS sits in the wheel hub supported by a fitment bush. If you bounced the wheel, the sensor might have move a little and, subsequently, causes a fail flag. This failure is not necessarily, what is called a hard-latch failure, which might explain why the dashboard lights come and go. Have a look and make sure that the sensor is pushed fully in and flush with the hub
Hope this helps
