Hi guys
Just wondrin , I have in my posesion a 1972 tax exempt Range Rover that has been standing for a couple of years (in dry barn) I'm thinking about putting it on ebay but not sure what its worth. The spec is pretty impressive. The car is dark green (bit scabby in places) 5 door 19984 body beige cloth trim elec windows etc (o.s.f reg sha**ed) no MOT but last check revealed rear steel brake pipes and welding to o.s.f drivers foot well @base of "A" post thats about it for the bad news the good news is v8 3.9 balanced and lightend (4.2. crank) (10k only since fit) This motor was built buy L/R own specal tune team , Fixed to a stainlees steel ex system which sounds excellent and runs very well. Gearbox is man 5 speed with hi ratio transfer box (800 rpm less @70mph in 5th) 24mpg if your carefull which you cant be because it sounds like a racing car and turns heads when your on the gas (FUN ) Chassis is all sound as for all the other bits like axles clutch shoks springs brakes etc all have been replaced NEW within the last 10k albiet discs have some surface rust from standing Thanks for taking the time to read my version of war and piece

If it was in original condition it'd be quite desireable but as it isn't it's only really of interest for it's tax exempt status. It ain't worth a fortune that's for sure.
