My (new) p38 takes a long time to start, like he isn't getting fuel
So could the fuel be running back in the tank ?
or isn't there any pressure in the fuel system
any usual suspects ?

Could it be that I got trouble with software; that the key isn't recognized by the car
if I change keys then (sometimes) it goes on (all of a sudden)

Look at main engine control relay. Relay 19. And fuel pump relay. Relay 12.

Back to basics: fuel, air, spark.

Probably easiest to check the spark first?

fuel pump is working; sparks works
when its start (finally) it runs really well
could it not be an electronic thing ?

So, just to be clear, you have checked that during the period during in which the engine turns over but doesn't fire, there is a spark at the plugs?
