Hi guys,my T/C & hill Decent light keep flashing on and off,but mostly stay off,Im off to Scotland for the wk end and wondering if it would be ok to go with this happening. Only started happening since supposedly had a wheel bearing done.

They will have disturbed the ABS sensor

Has the switch been knocked ? thats happend to me in the past

Check your brake light switch very common fault with these freelanders, just done mine after noticing the same lights were coming on when i pressed the brake pedal.

Don't worry too much about it as it will defo get you to Scotland and back without to much trouble

Hi there,
If the sensor is ok and it proves to be the brake light switch then replace it with the new type L/R one plus you will need the new little wiring lead to go with it. About 20 quid but saves you doing it again.

Thanks guys,sorry I never replied sooner,been in hospital, don't know if it's been knocked,possibly,when they supposibly done the bearing,I have noticed the brake has a clicking noise when applied
