Hi all

I've just acquired a Synergy Ronbox from a mate and I would like to wire it up to my P38. The problem is the mate forgot to make a note of where on the loom the two wires need to be spliced into before he pulled it out of his car and I'm a bit stuck.
Does anyone have any any instructions for this please? I've searched online and I've even emailed the company themselves but I can't find any instructions and not had a reply either.

Many thanks

Sorry cant help, I dont even know what it is.
But, Argyll was a car company many many many years ago and I think were also involved in a very good tuning company "Minnow Fish" and I think made carburettors but that was when Landies were real Landies

Still plodding on rewardless, tried the Bastid the other day and it wouldn't start, cranks but no rev counter bit of spray up the inlet and away it goes.changed the temp and crank sensor no difference. No faults showing on snap on diagnostics. For some reason my Faultmate tells me its not licensed for Gems but I have the paperwork saying it is .F it I'm away next Sunday. :D

Is there just the one temp sensor?
Was there any debris on the crank sensor when you swapped it out?
And... Where are you going next week:D

Hi Mark, there are two on the Gems, one for the gauge and the other for the edc? ? That's the one I changed . The crank sensor was clean as it was the week before when I took it out to check, thought it may be breaking down when hot so put a new one in. Off to the house in Fuerteventura to see what its like after 7months,and to pay the rates.Bloody council emailed me telling me the rates were due this month but never replied to my request for their bank details and how much theh want!!! Looks like a face to face meeting next week.:mad: I don't care about the isolation because we're living that way now.

What are the cable ends like, most of the boxes for the p38 have the big connectors that plug in to the unplugged injection pump and have a pipe that tees in to the map pipe,
sound like yours just wires in to the temp sensor tell the engine it is cold ad more fuel, which they all do but some with a bit elastictrickery.
