This is eggsactly what the tracking place should have done!What you should do is (assuming RHD)
Turn the steering until the steering box is bang on the centre position...some can be set with a pin in a slot in the arm. Adjust the LH wheel to the correct alignment position using the front drag link. Then adjust the RH wheel to the correct alignment using the rear tie rod.
This is eggsactly what the tracking place should have done!

But you may well be right. Think it depends on the area. there are a heck of a lot of 4x4s round ere!
I hate it when trusted people move on. My MOT testing station nearly changed hands.The only guy I trusted to do mine left the garage, and the new guy doesn't seem all that confident. Will need to check it again soon when I fit the new bars.
