I have noticed that the metal support structure to my rear tub within the wheel arch areas has completely corroded and needs replacing. I was wondering if anyone had some bright ideas about where I can get replacement pieces or will I have to just fabricate something "special". Grateful for any help or ideas.

Theres a guy on ebay selling a full set of galvanised ones, maybe a bit pricey at £54 but at least they will last.

Just replaced my tub floor (with a Series 11 one) and renewed the cross members that sit on the chassis. The galvanised ones are OK but as KEV224 says they are pricey. Replacements available from Paddock I think about half the price - can't find the receipt.
Don't forget to isolate the steel from the floor or galvanic action will give you more holes where they touch. Try some DPC membrane or something similar. Waxoyl inside.

I just had 4 of them bent up locally for just a few bucks, just gotta weld the tabs on the end and as good as new.

May powdercoat them for protection.

They look good. Am I right in assuming your new tub floor will not have the 'top hat' longitudal sections? I was just filling a couple of very tiny holes in my tub floor earlier today - hoping to get a few more years out of it!
