Due to basically running out of money... And not really having the time to finish her off, I very reluctantly need to sell my Landy 'project' ASAP! Need a proper runaround, before I go completely mad. I'd say its 90-95% completed.
So far these are the main bits that have been done or bought:
Ex-MOD Recon engine (reconditioned in the 90's)
Replaced the gearbox for one that works...
Door tops (not fitted)
Rear half chassis (front dumbrons have been welded up)
Rear shocks
Passenger footwell
New mud shields (not fitted)
Radiator
Replaced bumper and got new stainless bolts
Things that need to be done to complete:
Bleed brakes
Buy glazing channel kit and seals all round.
Buy new headlights.
Wire up the lights all round. The wiring loom has been connected up again, but not a lot happens!
And basically bolt the body and wings back on.
I started this project last summer in the hopes for it being my first 'car', but due to that minus sign on my bank statement... I need her to give me something back!!
So far I've spend almost spot on £1000, so would ideally be looking for a price near that bracket. Just to be clear she is a runner and does move, but would obviously need to be trailered away. The buck and roof have just been placed on the chassis, so it's all in one piece and a bit more protected.
Will try on here first chaps, but if no luck i will put on fleabay!
