readin so many horror stories, people that wont take v8's near grass because theres to much water on it!
my 110 200tdi is happy running completely submerged, hows does a disco v8 compare to that? are we talking not up to the top of the wheels? over the bonnet? submarine games???
Thainy - yu have to remember that a doozil only needs fool and air to run. A petrol needs a spark, and electrics and water dont mix too well. If yo can keep all the ignition electrics dry, yu are ok - but the RV8 3.5 has the distributor at the front of the engine, just by the fan, which is designed to do a very good job of spraying water everywhere in the engine bay.
