I own a P38. Everything works except the electric heated seats, bit of a bummer this winter really but still,.......

I am aware that the Air Suspension has four settings, however, I was wondering if the normal height ride could be lowered. Ive often thought that the normal height ride looks quite high and would look nicer if lowered.

Some of you may say - lock the suspension in the motorway position - perhaps that is the answer but as I say

Was just wondering if it can be done.....thats all

Download the free software from www.rswsolutions.com and get yourself a cable, then you can adjust the suspension height settings and also diagnose faults. Do not lower the normal height too much as the motorway height is a fixed drop from what is set as the normal height and you could end up on the bump stops!

My advice for what it's worth, leave well alone if it's working correctly or it's sure to end in tears

I've just posted a lengthy missive regarding EAS suspension, but your question can be answered simply!
Press the suspension lock button - next to the height display - and then lower to the Motorway position it is now 'locked' it in the motorway position! If you don't have the Lock on it will mis out the Motorway setting, but I'm sure you knew that!
As long as you don't switch the suspension lock off it will stay at this setting forever!
And yes I would agree that playing with the ride height figures in the Faultmate or RSWSolutions software can lead to tears!
