Evening,

Got a query removed the neighbours battery from Td5 2004 and over the past 2 days with the drop in weather ,minus 4 and snow I’ve noticed the back end has dropped, would removing the battery have caused this to happen, battery has not been refitted as awaiting new battery.

Hi, if it was on level and dropped after you disconnected battery it definitely means that there is a bag leak, if they are old better replace them both with new or the compressor will suffer and fail eventually

Definitely an air leak but not necessarily a 'bag leak' it could be a pipe or as in my case one of the valves attached to the compressor. I used a spray bottle of soapy water to pinpoint my air leak.

You are right, i stand corrected... i should have said simply "a leak"(which in most cases comes from the bags)
