Just a cautionary tale for the p38 world.....be very careful, sometimes the weirdest things happen....

On going to get in my d2 for a trip to somerset from kent, i realised my family had taken it, gone out, and were unlikely to be back for a while...

Nervously reaching for my p38 fob, i climbed in, started it.......and no warning messages........and then......

The best run to the west country and back in ages! Fairly smooth, fairly comfy, very fun, and with no broken bits, warning signs, beeps, leaks or suprises! A pleasure to drive and made we wish the journey ws longer.....

The salututory tale confirms that rarest of things - when its running well, the p38 is amazing and seduces me constantly......i am almost (!!!!!) feeling a level of trust in it!

Cheers all, and enjoy your rr's - in spite of all the hassle, they are worth it!

Lol i still look at each night expecting it to be on its bumps stops and full of water! Touch wood, at the moment the p38 works when the d2 needs money spent, and vice versa, but i await the day of financial armageddon.....

I think mine is building me up for a great fall. She is just getting better and better by the day.

You obviously don't hear about the Rangies reliably trundling on - people only post their problems.
The same with anything. No one will compliment you when your drains smell nice, but the second they smell bad they'll let you know about it.

Yeah.
