where would I get a decent bit of thick rubber or closed cell foam to replace the ****ey open cell foam "seal" that land rover use under the windscreen to get the bulkhead to rust?

Does anyone make a better replacement seal?

Also, a place to buy the double sided sticky foam seal used between assorted body panels - whats it called and anyone know of a good (ie cheap) place to get it.

Cheers chaps and chapettes

I got mine from Paddocks it was in an original Land Rover Parts bag an it's a closed cell type foam.

Draught excluder from B&Q, works quite well.

The Double sided sticky foam to use, would be a security tape that glazers use. if u have a local double glazing firm close by try them. or u might get it at a good builders merchant...
it comes in loads of thickness's upto 10mm so u should be able to find what u need.

there is a company called Cental Extrusions in Brum that sell it by the case
(25 rolls) if all else fails.;)
