i'm looking at changing my sunroofs from manual to electric can anybody help

You will regret that...elecrtric sunroofs are leaking more often than manuals

Save yourself a small fortune (motors), alot of time and heart ache..... Just go hmmmmmmm when you turn the handle!!!

Don't go electric. My new TD5 has manual thank god, less to go wrong..and let's face it the great British weather means we barely open them. Anyway isn't it best they remain shut?! Leakage anorl...

Are you planning to replace the sunroof or are you swapping the handle for a motor?

I decided to stay with the manual sunroofs and the leaking front sunroof has been repaired! fingers crossed everything so far is ok

i`ve been thinking of doing the opposite. electric to manual. my rear sunroof opens and closes without any input from me. fuse pulled out at the moment. another job for when its drier

Try opening the rear one while sitting in the drivers seat and you will have your answer

well I've decided to leave it as manual, got other disco problems to osrt first

just converted mine u need :-harness ecuswitchesfront motorrear motorits basically plug and playbought all my stuff from skan 4x4 tyhey were very helpfullregards steve y
