Evening all,
Water leaking everywhere so removed headlining (recently repaired) from my Discovery 1 and found that the front passenger side drain pipe was disconnected. The problem is that the pipe is too short to reach the plug on the drain and the pipe will not move. It seems to be stuck in the frame about the same height as the top door hinge bolts. The pipe is completely blocked and I have removed the cover in the footwell and have pulled the bottom section through, but can't get it free. Do you think it's possible that it is being pinched by the hinge bolts from the door? Is it easy enough to slacken off the bolts to check ? Or can anyone think of anything else it might be?

Thanks
Steve

pipe shrunk due to old age and hardening perhaps, blow through with an air line see if it will clear :)
otheriwise, 1 piece of trim removed at a time to locate :)

I eventually ran a new pipe through as there is enough space and cut as much of the old one out as I could. I could not budge the other one. Drain pipe now functioning:) and no more leak!

The sunroof will still be leaking water unless unless you have also fixed the faulty seal/s.
