What a pig the gasket was to fit I just couldn't get it to sit. After 2 hoursI gave up called Land Rover and was informed I would have to buy the sun roof surround for £250, I called Hunters of Kings Lynn and a nice chap called Alan emailed the diagram and whilst on the phone explained in the exploded diagram the gasket is shown on the inside he assured me this was the correct part and the correct part No EEQ500010 item 20 on the diagram is the gasket between glass and frame for all Disco's.
Even though the diagram was showing something different He was right cost £21 and took me five minutes to fit. Get the right part and save yourself some time.

just done this my self, did you clean the underside of the glass where it seats onto the new seal.
when i was on the phone to LR they said my age disco didn't have a sunroof, so i had them look under the facelift disco and there it was.

Yeah done all that just waiting for the rain to test my handy work. Probably wont rain again for months.

How can you say that? You did say you are in Manchester didn't you?
