Hi, i previously owned a 2000 ES model and recently traded it in for an 03 ES face lift model, but i noticed the 03 ES does not have the sunroof blinds fitted in it.

The dealership have said that it was an option when the vehicle was manufactured and is not fitted as an extra after.

I was wondering is this right or can i buy some sunroof blinds that will fit my 2003 discovery 2 and maybe fit them myself, has anyone any advice? or have you fitted them?

Hmmmm... Weird, I can't find some anywhere for you on the 'net.... I can only find them for models up to March 1994?

They must have changed the trim. I have to admit, on mine, they look very "fitted" into the headlining - not sure how destructive you'd have to be to retro-fit them even if you got some from a breaker, etc?

could you not just use a roll of window tint from halfords????
