I ve gota ask this as it has been annoying me for a while now and i have found no conclusive answer about hill descent on the discovery 2. Can anyone explain the procedure of getting it to operate in a manual and automatic for some reason i cant work out if you would actually select a gear as well as low when descending a hill in the manual, surely taking ur foot of the clutch while in an actual gear would cause it to stall. I would like to be able to confidently engage it when i go out to buy one without making a fool of myself.
