cheers Col

Sorry, clicked send quickly ..

Should have added, it may not be exactly the same issue as yours, but you might be able to use a similar method to remove the hub. ;)

do you mean the flange?

have ya removed the clip?

clean out the splines with a small screwdriver... never had any trouble with one before..

its very common on td5s ,you need to wack drive shaft with copper hammer or use lump of wood etc then prise out drive member and wedge then rehit till members coms off ,check splines on cv and drive member they both might need renewing and lubricating before refitting ,its the lack of lube that allows them to sieze

this is starting to do my head in!!!!!!! i have now officially declared war on this damn hub, current status is im losing the war lol

right tried all the above suggestions, but to no avail, im thinking of either tapping the drive member to try and get it out using equal pressure on bolts pushing on the back or a last resort is to try cutting it off, but wary of doing this incase i damage other parts and end up with a huge shopping list..

Any other suggestions from you guys, i tried the other side and its totally seized as well..

cut it off then or break it it sounds like your going to need new ones and cvs too ,wheel bearings arent dear to replace to
