200 and 300 have different cooler pipe set ups at the rad end.
Iirc the threaded adaptors are available on their own.

For 200 item 3, no idea on 300 version!

This is a 200end. You can not use these for 300 as pipe ends are different.

Thank you all so much for your help!

Phill,

I've just got home so I can't check- but please excuse my naivety... Does this mean that the stripped out connection is actually a removeable piece on the radiator end and I can just... replace it? o_O

We are all here to learn…;)
On the ends of your pipes will be the connectors that screw into the radiator. These mate the rad & pipes together.

yep these connectors are replaceable.
Look at the earlier post form @lynall which shows the picture & this will help.

Also if you take a photo of what you have damaged we can all see the problem & help.
A photo helps us all ;)

Hi Phill,

Right, so this may not actually be as bad as I thought it might be...

The brass fitting is what I've munched, 3/4 of the thread is now useless.

Yippee! I like an easy fix.. Not a fan of simple things going wrong, but can't have it always...

Whhoooo(how did I miss all your earlier photos????)
That’s a 200 end of the pipe…
You need a different end to what I have quoted
Use number 3 off @lynall picture.

I shouldn't say that really, It'll probably go wrong again now...

Looking at the fittings you've posted pictures of above, wouldn't the last picture be the fitting I'm after? As both the male and female ends will be curved?

Also, will I need a washer?

I do not do much with part numbers on items like washers, just go to my box of copper or Dowty [ washers with a rubber seal in the centre] washers and pick one that fits. The one on your rad would very likely be fine.
