Ahh sweet so very local!

no probs mate , im partially disabled and can't do things like i useto but still like to help out others where I can

still got all my tools from my heating days

always believe what goes around comes around

still help people with advice etc on the heating and plumbing systems to ensure they don't get ripped off

have been a strong believer in it's always nice to help one another and it costs nothing

people on here have helped me with my landy in the past and made some great friends and returned the help where ever I could

Haha its almost off now. Mate had a big ass drill, drilled and grinded the heads off. Now to split and get the ####ing studs out!
 
If u were closer I'd lend yu my 1/2" drive stud extractors they fit ovr the stud and tighten up as turn the ratchet

Cheers pikey. Was guna file down the sides flat then use an adjustable spanner. Hoopefully that works...
 
i've had a fair bit of success welding nuts onto broken studs to make a bolt, also adds a bit of localised heat.
 
Mate suggested that but i havnt a welder!

Yeah been a while but been at work basically 7 til 8 everday not much time left in the evenings and its Vday the weekend. I am a soppy #### haha
